As reported by Kicker, Bayern Munich bosses still believe that 29-year-old midfielder Thiago will leave the Bundesliga club this summer with Liverpool the Spaniard’s most likely destination.
“We will certainly not allow him to leave for free. Thiago is one of the world’s best midfielders,” said Bayern president Herbert Hainer.
Manchester United have also shown an interest in signing Thiago, who has one-year remaining on his Bayern Munich contract. The European champions are expecting to receive a fee around €30 million.
