Bild are reporting Tottenham Hotspur and Valencia are interested in signing 22-year-old SC Freiburg defender Robin Koch.
The report suggests that any transfer could exceed the fee received for Caglar Söyüncu, who joined Leicester City last summer for €21.1 million.
Koch’s contract expires in 2021 and so the Bundesliga club would hold substantial power in negotiations should a Premier League outfit make a bid.
