RB Leipzig are holding out for a fee close to €60 million for Germany international Timo Werner with Bayern Munich valuing the forward closer to €30m, according to Süddeutsche Zeitung.
The 23-year-old is unwilling to sign a new contract with RB Leipzig – his current contract ending in 2020 – and could only see himself joining Bayern,which could see him leave this summer for a fee or next on a free transfer.
RB Leipzig however are hoping the arrival of Julian Nagelsmann will convince Werner to sign a new contract with a release clause for Bayern.
