Hoffenheim have announced the signing of 25-year-old Hannover 96 forward Ihlas Bebou on a four-year deal until 2023.
“Ihlas is one of the fastest players in the Bundesliga and can be deployed in various different attacking roles. In addition, his technical and footballing abilities are so good that he’s extremely difficult to defend against and he is a player that can really make a difference. We’re very happy that Ihlas Bebou has decided to join us and we’re convinced that his quality will improve our game,” said sporting director Alexander Rosen.
The Togo international has struggled with injuries this season but for a reported fee of €10m, per Kicker, this appears to be a shrewd signing.
