Borussia Dortmund forward Maximilian Philipp is close to joining Dinamo Moscow, according to Kicker.
Negotiations between the two clubs are advanced while it’s suggested the Bundesliga club are holding out for a fee close to €20 million for the 25-year-old, who joined BVB in 2017.
