Manchester City have rejected Bayern Munich’s first offer of €80 million for Germany international Leroy Sané, according to Fabrizio Romano of The Guardian.
The report also claims that the Bundesliga club are considering making a second approach for the 23-year-old, with City reportedly open to selling the player, should they receive an offer too good to refuse.
News of today’s reported bid follows Sky Germany’s claim that the player himself would not be interested in a move back to the Bundesliga – with Torben Hoffman describing Bayern’s chances as “non-existent”.
