Sky Sport journalist Max Bielefeld has today noted that despite numerous rumours, Bayern Munich midfielder James Rodríguez will not be leaving the club this winter.
The Colombia international is currently on loan at Bayern Munich and has interest from Serie A giants Juventus. The Bundesliga club have an option to buy Rodríguez for €42 million and must make a decision by June 15.
Rodríguez has played just 469 minutes of Bundesliga football this season.
EDIT: A potential situation for Bayern Munich is that Rodríguez wants to leave the club and return to Real Madrid, according to SportBild, while the Colombian’s entourage are putting pressure on the Bundesliga club.
