Bild yesterday reported that RB Leipzig have rejected a €60m offer from Arsenal for 20-year-old defender Dayot Upamecano.
The Bundesliga club have no reason to sell the Frenchman and insist Arsenal must pay the release clause if they want to sign the central defender, according to Sky Germany.
Reports from the British media suggest that RB Leipzig want Emile Smith-Rowe included in the deal.
Kicker refer to Der Spiegel‘s Football Leaks and state that Upamecano has a contract with the Bundesliga until 2021, with a release clause of €100m last summer which decreases every year – they now suggest this is around €90m.
