Clubs make €80m bid for Bayern Munich target Nicolas Pépé

After Sport Bild reported last week that Bayern Munich had ended their pursuit of Lille forward Nicolas Pépé, it appears the Ivorian is still attracting the attention of the Bundesliga club.

A problem that Bayern face is clubs from Spain & Italy have made bids in the region of €80 million for Pépé, according to Sky Germany, while the Bavarians are yet to make a concrete approach.

Per the report, Bayern are still interested, but face stiff interest from elite clubs.

Lille President Gérard Lopez discussed in an interview with Le Parisien that he has conceded to lose Pépé as the Ligue 1 outfit won’t be able to match his salary elsewhere.
