Borussia Dortmund will allow Japan international midfielder Shinji Kagawa to leave the Bundesliga club for €2m-€3m, according to Bild.
Kagawa has found playing time under Lucien Favre hard to come by with just 98 minutes of Bundesliga football this season.
Spain would be his preferred destination.
