Barcelona have made an astonishing €100 million offer plus an option of two players to sign PSG forward Neymar, according to Sky Germany.
The Spanish club will allow two of Philippe Coutinho, Ousmane Dembele, Ivan Rakitic, Nelson Semedo, and Malcom plus an unnamed player to be included in the deal with PSG also receiving €100m.
PSG head coach Thomas Tuchel found out before the Copa America that the Brazil international would like to leave the club.
