Sokratis will join Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund as expected but the deal will not be made official until July 1, according to Kicker.
The reason for the delay being that Borussia Dortmund want to wait until the new financial year begins, so that the deal isn’t concluded the same financial year as Ousmane Dembélé joined Barcelona.
Kicker report the fee to be €16 million with an additional €2m in performance related bonuses.
