Schalke 04 sporting director Christian Heidel has confirmed the club are in talks with Chelsea over a move for Abdul Baba-Rahman.
“Baba has now been fully training for two weeks. We are in talks with Chelsea and the doctors of both clubs are in exchange,” says Heidel, via Kicker.
There has been talks of a permanent move however, a loan move seems more conceivable at this stage given Baba’s injury record.
Both Chelsea and Schalke are also interested in signing Augsburg’s Philipp Max.
