Hannover 96 will complete the loan signing of Hoffenheim defender Kevin Akpoguma subject to a medical in the new year, the club confirmed.
The 23-year-old won Gold in the prestigious Fritz Walter Medal in 2013 and will add much needed strength to Hannover’s defence, who have conceded 35 goals this season.
