SC Freiburg sporting director Jochen Saier has dismissed claims suggesting Caglar Soyuncu will join Arsenal.
He told Bild: “This is total nonsense. Arsenal did not contact me, there is no offer.”
This comes after Mehmet Ozkan, the president of his former club Altinordu, had claimed that the 21-year-old would join the Premier League club.
