Max Meyer is close to completing a move to Premier League outfit Crystal Palace, according to Jacob Steinberg of The Guardian.
Palace have held productive talks with the 22-year-old, who is set to undergo his medical on Tuesday and could therefore sign imminently, one month after his contract with Schalke expired.
Speaking at Schalke’s training camp, via Kicker, S04 sporting director Christian Heidel said: “I am pleased that Max has found a new club.”
