Borussia Mönchengladbach sporting director Max Eberl has rubbished claims that No. 1 Yann Sommer is to leave the Bundesliga outfit this summer, with Barcelona & Arsenal both reportedly interested.
“I talked to both Yann and his adviser. There’s nothing there. We have no interest in selling him. We are an ambitious club and I do not think it’s Yann’s claim to go to another club to sit behind ter Stegen at Barcelona or Leno at Arsenal,” Eberl told media, via Kicker.
