Manchester United to offer Anthony Martial in swap deal for Jérôme Boateng

Bild report Manchester United are interested in signing Jérôme Boateng & could use Frenchman Anthony Martial in a potential swap deal.

The problem surrounding this deal is that Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has stated that the Bundesliga club aren’t looking to add another winger to the squad.

“We have four wingers: Ribéry, Robben, Coman and Gnabry. And Davies comes in January. Adding more would cause problems for the coach,” said Rummenigge.

Bayern would prefer to sell Boateng & sign Martial on a free once his Manchester United contract expires, should he not sign an extension.

Although no concrete offers have been made, Bayern Munich could now be willing to sell Boateng for €55 million with Paris Saint-Germain front runners, according to Bild.
