Bayer Leverkusen have reached an agreement with Belgian side Anderlecht regarding the transfer of Sweden international Isaac Kiese Thelin.
Kicker report the 26-year-old will undergo a medical with Leverkusen & will join the Bundesliga club on an initial loan deal with an option to purchase.
