An intermediary has opened talks with Hannover 96 for the possible transfer of 25-year-old striker Niclas Füllkrug, claiming to have an exclusive mandate from Everton, according to sources contacted by Get German Football News.
The intermediary is understood to have offered up to €22m in opening talks to Hannover’s Director of Football Gerhard Zuber.
Hannover’s initial response has been that they want a higher figure than that & have sought confirmation as to whether the intermediary has the capacity to make an official offer on Everton’s behalf.
