SC Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu is expected to join Arsenal, according to his former club president, Seyit Mehmet Özkan.
“Arsenal demanded his youth information from us. We’ll earn from him if he joins Arsenal. Bayern Munich wants him too but he’s on the way to the Premier League,” Özkan told daily Turkish newspaper, Sabah.
Reports within England suggest that Soyuncu will cost Arsenal a substantial fee, somewhere around the €34 million mark.
