Borussia Dortmund are back in the race to sign Olivier Giroud, according to Kicker.
It was originally thought that the Frenchman would join Chelsea, but it’s emerged on Monday evening that Antonio Conte would prefer Fernando Llorente.
Kicker earlier reported that Giroud would rather remain in London for family reasons while Sky Italia had reported that Arsenal accepted Chelsea’s £15m offer plus add-ons.
Following Chelsea’s interest in Giroud, Dortmund had turned their attentions towards Michy Batshuayi.
