Bayern Munich head coach Jupp Heynckes has spoken positively of Schalke’s Leon Goretzka upon arriving at their training camp in Doha.
“He’s a very good young player. I like him,” said Heynckes.
Barcelona, Real Madrid & Bayern Munich are all interested in signing Goretzka, who is available to leave Schalke on a free transfer in summer.
“You have to wait and see. If I read correctly, his agent said they haven’t decided yet, and the Spaniards are still in the race. We will see. Goretzka is a bright and smart boy. He knows what’s best for him.”
