Tottenham Hotspur could make a move for Borussia Dortmund’s Matthias Ginter, per the Independent, whilst they face competition from Hoffenheim.
Although a bid is yet to be made, the World Cup winner could be available for around €18 million, whilst he’s expected to hold talks with new Dortmund coach, Peter Bosz to discuss his future at the Bundesliga club.
