Toni Kroos has revealed that he won’t return to the Bundesliga in a playing capacity while also giving some other details on his future plans in a podcast with SPONSORs.
“The Bundesliga chapter has ended for me and I definitely won’t play there again,” Kroos said.
“I cannot imagine going back to Bayern, that won’t happen. Therefore there aren’t any options for me returning to Germany as a player.
“I can’t say for sure what I’ll be doing in five years, but my goal is to stay with Madrid in the near future.
“I haven’t thought about what I’d do after retirement yet but I definitely can’t see myself becoming a manager,” the Germany international concluded.
