RB Leipzig are closing in on a move for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kevin Kampl, according to Bild. The Slovenian FA has confirmed the midfielder has stayed in Germany to sort out his future.
The 26-year-old is widely expected to join RB Leipzig, who have offered just below Leverkusen’s €20m evaluation, while it’s expected an agreement will be reached before the deadline.
According to Kicker, Kampl has already agreed personal terms with Leipzig.
