Milan to make move for Renato Sanches

Renato Sanches could be set for a move to AC Milan, according to reports in Portugal. The Italian club are ready to offer Bayern Munich €7m for a two-year loan, with the option to buy for a further €40m in 2019.

Just last week, Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge was quoted as saying the Portugal international could be set for a loan move away from the club.

“We will decide when we complete our transfers, if we keep or loan him for a year. He needs minutes after the last six months, which were unsatisfactory for both parties,” said Rummenigge.

According to Di Marzio, Milan have yet to reach agreement with Bayern Munich.

Sanches arrived from Benfica last summer for €35m, which could potentially rise to €80m.
