Jiloan Hamad has left TSG 1899 Hoffenheim for Swedish club Hammarby IF on a two-year deal, ending his three-year spell in Germany, which included loans abroad.
Whilst the 26-year-old has signed a two-year, the Swedish club have an option to extend it his contract for a further year.
Hamad featured just 15 times in the Bundesliga.
