West Ham United have agreed a deal with Bayer Leverkusen to sign Javier Hernandez, subject to a medical. Kicker report the fee to be between €16m-€18m.
Bayer Leverkusen are making a profit on the Mexico international, who arrived at the club from Manchester United in 2015 for around €12m.
The 29-year-old is expected to fly to London shortly to finalise the deal.
