Bayer Leverkusen have submitted a €15 million offer for Olympiakos’ Panagiotis Retsos, according to Kicker, with Olympique Lyon also interested.
However, Lyon are unwilling to pay the asking price, and so Leverkusen are in pole position to sign the 18-year-old, who can play in central defence and midfield.
