Wolves confirm signing of Jón Daði Böðvarsson

Wolves have today announced the signing of FC Kaiserslautern forward Jón Daði Böðvarsson on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

The 24-year-old attacker played in all Iceland’s games during their Euro 2016 campaign and scored the opening goal in their fixture against Austria.

Speaking to the club’s official website, Böðvarsson said: “it’s a club with great ambition, a good history and fantastic facilities so, when that all fits in, then it’s an easy decision and I’m really, really happy.”
