Valencia owner has flown to London to conclude Shkodran Mustafi’s transfer to Arsenal, according to Spanish news outlet Plaza Deportiva.
The report further states that Lim will directly meet with Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger to close the deal for Mustafi.
It has been suggested by multiple sources that Arsenal are paying in excess of €30million to Valencia for the services of Shkodran Mustafi.
