Newcastle United midfielder had nothing but praise for new RB Leipzig signing Oliver Burke, who joined the Bundesliga club from Nottingham Forest.
The 19-year-old became the most expensive player in Scotland history when he joined the German club, whilst the Scotland midfielder believes he is just like Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale.
“The sky is the limit for him if he has the mentality and the desire to impress,” said Ritchie. “If you look at his stature he is very much like Gareth Bale.
“I don’t want to build him up to be Gareth Bale, he is his own man and own player but from what I have seen of his ability, the sky is limit for him.”
