FC Kaiserslautern have confirmed the loan signing of 27-year-old defender Ewerton from Sporting CP via their official Twitter account.

The Brazilian joins for the 2016/17 season having made 18 appearances last season for the Portuguese side, scoring one goal.
Kaiserslautern sporting director Uwe Stöver told the club’s official website: “We are pleased to have closed the vacancy of the central defender with the quality of Ewerton.”
