New FC Bayern manager Carlo Ancelotti was one of four club figures at this afternoon’s press conference and he had his say on the pre-season tour as well as the increase in competition in places at other top teams.
“I believe the tour went well. The players have come back fitter. They worked hard. There’s competition for places at every top club – it acts as a good motivation.”
