Borussia Möchengladbach are ready to make a record transfer bid to keep Andreas Christensen at the Bundesliga club.
Gladbach have increased their offer for the defender to €18 million, according to Bild, whilst Chelsea want €22m for the Denmark international.
“We’re in close contact,” said sporting director Max Eberl. “For Christensen, we’re ready to make a record transfer.”
