Bayern Munich’s young French starlet Kingsley Coman was stretchered off today in training and the club have since confirmed the extent of the injury.

In a statement published on the club’s official website, Bayern Munich revealed that Coman had been examined by Dr. Volker Braun at the training facility Sabener Strasse. The results of the check revealed that Coman had suffered an injury to the capsular ligament in his left ankle.
There is no official word yet on how long the Frenchman will be out of action.
