Borussia Dortmund hope to bring in €110m from the potential sales of Karim Adeyemi and Serhou Guirassy

Bild reports that following the contract extension of Felix Nmecha, Borussia Dortmund could likely face the exit of other important players in the summer.

Earlier this week, Nmecha extended his contract at the club until 2030, all but ruling out a move in the summer. While Dortmund’s early Champions League exit means they will have to sell someone to offset the loss.

Karim Adeyemi and Serhou Guirassy are the most likely to leave in the summer.

Karim Adeyemi’s Dortmund future:

The German international has not shown a willingness to extend his contract and could rake in €60m for Dortmund, and Adeyemi is open to moving to a Premier League side.

While the 24-year-old has spent the last few weeks sitting on the bench, it would make it harder to sell him. However, Dortmund were able to sell Jamie Gittens for a similar fee last summer after he struggled under Niko Kovac in the second half of the season.

Will Serhou Guirassy stay beyond the summer?

Guirassy has been linked with a move away since the winter when it was reported that his agent (his brother) had offered him to Saudi Arabia. The 30-year-old wants to sign one last big contract, and could be offered that if he were to move to the Middle East.

AC Milan have also shown an interest in the striker, and he will cost between €45-50m due to a release clause in his contract.
