Sky Germany reports that Brentford winger Kevin Schade is likely to leave the club in the summer following the World Cup.
The 24-year-old has a contract in West London until 2028, having joined from Freiburg in 2025 for €23m. Brentford values Schade at around €50-60m, following a strong season in which he has scored six goals and provided three assists in 20 Premier League games.
Brentford would like to extend the winger’s contract; however, he is more likely to leave the club in the summer following the World Cup. Tottenham are said to be interested in the Potsdam native.
Schade is in with a chance to make Germany’s World Cup squad in the summer, especially if he continues his Premier League form.
Could the Brentford winger return to the Bundesliga?
Considering the Bees value Schade at €50-60m, it is unlikely the winger could return to Germany. This is the type of money that only Bayern Munich are able to spend on a player.
Borussia Dortmund have also previously been linked to Schade, but that ship has now sailed due to the price tag.
