Sky Germany reports that Hertha Berlin talent Kennet Eichhorn is attracting interest from Bundesliga clubs and teams from abroad.
The 16-year-old is already a regular in the 2.Bundesliga for Hertha, playing 10 times for the Hauptstadt side across all competitions.
Now, he has already begun to attract interest due to a release clause that is valid from next summer, worth €10-12m, depending on the situation of his suitor.
From Germany, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, RB Leipzig and Eintracht Frankfurt are all interested. While from abroad, Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG, and Manchester United have been linked.
Eichhorn’s plan with Hertha:
Despite the interest from a plethora of top teams, there is no rush for the 16-year-old to leave the Haupstadt.
The most important thing for Eichhorn at his age is playing time, and currently at Hertha, he is getting plenty of that.
The Berliners are known for producing several talented academy graduates. Pascal Klemens has been linked with a move away previously, as has Linus Gechter, while Ibrahim Maza and Derry Scherhant both departed in the summer for the Bundesliga.
