Juventus show interest in VfB Stuttgart’s Jeff Chabot

As reported by Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are interested in signing VfB Stuttgart’s Jeff Chabot.

The 27-year-old defender has established himself within the Swabians’ starting XI since moving from FC Köln last year for €4m. After a solid season in the Bundesliga, Chabot’s performances have caught the eye of the Old Lady in Italian football.

Juventus are eyeing a €15m transfer for the defender. However, Chabot is currently contracted until 2028, so the ball is completely in Stuttgart’s court.

If they’re willing to sell, VfB can set the price and negotiate with Juventus. After a solid first season at Chabot, it’s likely that the player’s transfer fee will only go up from here.

The defender has long been admired by Juventus, who previously showed an interest in Chabot back in January, as reported by GGFN

Chabot remains one of VfB trainer Sebastian Hoeneß’ defensive pillars. For this reason, it’s believed that VfB will set a price of around €20m-€25m.
