Emil Forsberg approached by big clubs

RB Leipzig’s Emil Forsberg could leave the club during the January transfer window, says his agent, Hasan Cetinkaya.

He told German publication Bild that he has been approached by “big clubs”.

“I can’t confirm any names. But after the great first half of the season, big clubs have reached out to me,” said Cetinkaya.

“RB are on a good way to become a big club, which plays in Champions League soon. In spite of that I can’t promise that Emil will stay in Leipzig this winter.”

RB Leipzig Head Coach Ralph Hasenhüttl told Mitteldeutsche Zeitung yesterday:  “I do not think, that the player would want to leave our club at the moment.”

Liverpool, Arsenal and Juventus has shown their interest in the past.
