Hoffenheim and Leeds finalize €20 Anton Stach transfer

Fabrizio Romano reports that Hoffenheim and Leeds have finalized the terms of Anton Stach’s transfer to the Premier League. The 26-year-old’s Bundesliga outfit will receive an €18m base-transfer-fee. An additional €2m in bonuses are built into the deal.

The twice-capped German international will sign a new four-year-deal in Yorkshire. With Stach’s sale, Hoffenheim will have slashed their oversized 39-man-squad down to 35 players in the last few weeks.

TSG sporting director Andreas Schicker has already gotten two players off the books in the last 24 hours. Striker Harris Tabakovic’s loan out to Borussia Mönchengladbach was confirmed yesterday.

Earlier today, Erencan Yardımcı officially received his loan out to Eintracht Braunschweig in the German second division. Kicker and other German sources reports that a purchase option isn’t included.

Erencan already showed his abilities in the second half of last season,” Schicker noted in a club statement. “To enable him to take the next step in his sporting development, we have decided to arrange a loan. Eintracht Braunschweig was able to offer Erencan the prospect of playing time in the 2. Bundesliga. Accordingly, we are very positive about this loan.
