AC Milan are entering the final stage of negotiations to land Hakan Calhanoglu from Bayer Leverkusen, reports Di Marzio. The Italian club are set to pay an initial €20m.
The Serie A club hope to get the deal tied up shortly, whilst all that remains seems to be performances related fees before the Turkey international should undergo a medical.
Sky Italia report the medical is to take place on Monday.
