Jann-Fiete Arp has rejected a first offer to join Bayern Munich, according to Bild.
The 18-year-old holds a contract with Hamburger SV until 2019 but with the club currently sitting bottom of the Bundesliga, a move looks imminent should they get relegated.
Hamburg had offered Arp a new five-year contract but whether he signs an extension will depend on whether or not HSV are playing Bundesliga football next season.
Both Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are also interested.
