Switzerland international Johan Djourou has announced his departure from Hamburg through his official Instagram account.
Djourou featured just three times for Hamburg in 2017 and was suspended by the club earlier this month following conflicts with club hierarchy.
According to talkSPORT, West Ham United have shown an interest in the 30 year old and could offer him a contract ahead of the 2017-18 season.
