It’s emerged that Turkish champions Besiktas are interested in bringing Hamburger SV midfielder Aaron Hunt to the club, according to MOPO24.
Whilst these talks are in the very early stages, Hunt has visited Istanbul on several occasions due to friends and family in the country.
EDIT: We now understand that Besiktas are no longer interested in the transfer of Aaron Hunt however, other Turkish clubs do show an interest, according to colleagues at MOPO.
14 January: Turkish club Trabzonspor are now the latest to be linked with the German, with MOPO reporting that they have shown “concrete interest” in the 30-year-old.
