Arsenal are in talks to sign Borussia Dortmund’s chief scout, Sven Mislintat, according to ESPN.
The 45-year-old was the person responsible for bringing Robert Lewandowski, Shinji Kagawa, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Ousmane Dembélé to the Bundesliga club.
